Day - Of Wedding Coordinator

Platinum Package $2000

Gold Package $1500

2 meetings and /or venue walk through starting 2 months prior to wedding day
Event Coordinator and assistant on site for same location ceremony and reception
Vendor recommendations and referrals
One hour rehearsal / etiquette advisement
Creation of detailed timeline and distribution of final timeline to vendors one week prior to event
Vendor confirmation and direction
Ensure ceremony and reception wedding décor are as requested
Assist with pining boutonnieres and placement of corsages
Assist with any bridal party needs
Welcome and seat guest at ceremony site, instruct ushers on greeting
Complete ceremony execution
Direct and welcome guests into reception, assist with seating arrangements
Assist with the Bustle of the bridal gown
Coordinate wedding party along with bride and groom into reception for the grand entrance
Assist DJ/MC through scheduled events; first dace, toast, special dances, etc.
Serve as liaison between event staff and client throughout evening
Direct staff ensuring guests are appropriately cared for
Monitor and organize décor throughout evening
Arrange gift transport with pre-designated person
Collect and pack all client’s personal wedding items
Direct vendors upon tear down to ensure a timely exit
